For the past two decades, Priscella Shum has created a global impact as a designer, innovator & visionary who thrives at the intersection of creativity, leadership & project management. Her career has focused on developing transformative brands through the explicit amplification of design & production, which led to sustained YOY growth for global brands such as Reebok, Yeezy Brand, Sean John & Baby Phat, to name a few.

Furthermore, Ms. Shum has held various leadership & management roles where she was responsible for developing talent, establishing universal design ethos & creating pathways to ensure equity and inclusion for diverse, underrepresented creative talent. She believes that empathy, insight & emotional intelligence are catalysts for sustainable & meaningful products, services, and experiences.

Most recently, Ms. Shum led the creative direction and design operations for a start-up children’s brand. Previous to that, Ms. Shum established key fashion collaborations & partnerships at Pyer Moss and Reebok. She was directly responsible for managing the design, production & relational components of Cardi B x Reebok & Reebok by Pyer Moss.
